I'm not sure if this is Canon but I read somewhere that Redson was around 300 years old during Journey to the west, but looked around 9, so that would mean demons age only once every 30 years. Again, I'm not sure if this is true, if anyone does, by all means let me know :))

✦ okay so! The gang is part of a samba school and they are at the carnaval parade and their theme is the "Journey To The West" so everyone and the floats are all decorated around that theme. Monkey King would dress up as himself but unfortinally, due his stage fright, he couldn't do that so MK turned into his substitute and performed as him! c:

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Red Son never really mentioned the bull instincts he got from his father. He didn't like being associated with a common animal, especially not by people he wanted to respect him. And, as much as he denied it, he valued your respect very highly

ᯓᡣ𐭩 He was more than a little embarrassed the first time he let something slip. A chuff of irritation or accidentally dragging his shoe against the ground when especially annoyed. He tried to brush off these things immediately, denying it all with all his infernal heart

ᯓᡣ𐭩 You can't help but find it a little amusing how the Prince is so concerned with his image that he'll huff and growl and argue all he can to deny ever doing something animalistic, even if it's just his natural DNA

ᯓᡣ𐭩 You let it slip at some point that you found the behavior rather cute, and though Red Son still acted like he had no idea what you were talking about, he slowly let his instincts take over more naturally with you

ᯓᡣ𐭩 He'd get a little bit of pride when explaining his traits to you over time. Seeing you have such awe in his demonically bovine features made him feel like he was having a chance to show off a little to you, which is something he'd always take the chance to do

ᯓᡣ𐭩 He gets a little upset if you poke fun at them, it's an easy way to make him sour at you for at least a good few hours

ᯓᡣ𐭩 He trails around after you quite a lot, always keeping track of your scent and cues to your behavior. He'd nestle in next to you, sitting beside you at all times to ensure your safety and comfort. While maybe a little odd, he was simply trying to replicate how his father taught him to court

ᯓᡣ𐭩 One time you jokingly asked if this meant you should get him some flowers to eat and he got so dramatically offended that he refused to talk to you for at least an hour (he eventually came in and crawled back into snuggles with you. Though he declared that he was still upset, he missed your presence more)
